The Ojo del Diablo is the famous rock arch of Monte Candina, and is accessed by a walk from the parking area just off the motorway. Monte Candina was extensively mined in the past, so it’s important to stick to the well marked path. The views over “La Ballena” (the whale) rock outcrop and Sonabia beach below are special, and its also home to Europe’s only coastal vulture colony – you’ll see them soaring over the beach below you.
